GROUP MINDFULNESS SESSIONS

Monthly Group Sessions 

We conduct a monthly (first Saturday) late afternoon of Group Mindfulness in Nature. Led and facilitated by the clinical team of Redwood Psychology, during this experiential programme, you can expect gentle walking, art-making, group sharing, and mindful movement exercise at the Fort Canning Park. You can join in as an individual, with a friend, or we can organise a private session for your group. 

The monthly sessions will proceed when the minimum group size is met. The fee for each person is $50. 

Please email us at hello@redwood.sg to register an interest and we will get back to you on the next available Group Mindfulness in Nature  session. Limited slots available. 

Programme Outline includes (90 min):

  • Forest bathing (25 min)

  • Mindful art therapy (20 min)

  • Group sharing (30 min)

  • Mindful movements (10 min)

  • Closing (5 min)
