THE IMPORTANCE OF PSYCHOTHERAPY IN SINGAPORE

Psychotherapy is a journey. Whether it is short-term or long-term, a relationship with a therapist provides a safe space for patients to acquire insight and clarity, solidify new priorities, identify and modify unwanted patterns of behaviour, and gain the skills and courage to make long-lasting, positive changes to their life through psychotherapy.

Mental health awareness has increased over the years in Singapore with many starting to realise the importance of prioritising and working on challenging unhelpful negative beliefs as well as improving relationships with others through psychotherapy.

Through psychotherapy services at Redwood Psychology Singapore, we want to help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives.
