Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment via email.

You will be subjected to the full session fee if you fail to give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. We are understanding of emergency situations and will consider to waive the fees on a case to case basis.
